As far as ramen chains go, this has been my favorite. I’ve been to the location in little Tokyo in LA and from CA to TX they seem to be consistent in quality. Their ramen’s seem to stick to the traditional soy and salt flavors which I love. This time I had their “spicy Asian “ ramen which had Thai chilies. But don’t let that fool you or keep you from trying it. It was nowhere near spicy. It was more like a hint of spicy. It had good flavor and every now and then you will get a subtle hint of spice. I also had their hotate crudo, which was very good. I would recommend this place over other ramen chains.

This place was really good overall. The ramen we tried was absolutely delicious — full of flavor. The prices felt very fair for the quality of the food, and everything we ordered was enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly, and our server was especially kind, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. We went on a Friday night, so it wasn’t busy and we didn’t have to wait at all. I’m not sure how it is during the day or on weekends, but based on our visit, I would definitely recommend it. Overall, a very good experience with great food and service.

We had a wonderful dinning experience this evening. Our son who is a picky eater was very happy with the Amber and my spouse loved their Creamy Truffle Ramen. I also tried their bowl and it was excellent. Both had their own unique umami flavor that keeps you coming back for more after each bite. I had the Texas Jiro, pork was tender with a satisfying blend of flavors with the broth. Their Sushi Flight was great, and so was the Salmon Crudo. The Cremé Brulee Cheesecake and Chocolate Lava Cake were a great way to end the meal. The presentation of all the dishes were very appealing. The service and general vibe was great, Julian was very attentive and helpful. We never felt neglected even though there was a table of 15 right next to us. Highly recommend!

The Liquid Gold of Ramen: A Masterclass in Tonkotsu Perfection Finding an authentic bowl of ramen that transports you straight to the backstreets of Fukuoka is a rare treat, but this hidden gem manages to do exactly that. The restaurant strikes a beautiful balance between traditional Zen aesthetics and modern urban sophistication. From the moment you are greeted by the rhythmic "Irasshaimase!" of the staff, you know you are in for a culinary experience that prioritizes soul and precision over simple fast food. 1. The Atmosphere: Minimalist and Intimate The interior is a masterclass in Japanese minimalism—think warm cedar wood, soft golden lighting, and a sleek open kitchen where you can watch the steam rise from the massive stockpots. Whether you are perched at the blonde-wood counter or tucked into a quiet booth, the environment feels exclusive and focused, setting the stage for a serious meal. 2. The Masterpiece: The "Liquid Gold" Broth While the handmade noodles are excellent, the true soul of the bowl is the Ultra-Rich Tonkotsu Broth. This isn't just soup; it is a labor of love. Boiled for over 18 hours to extract every ounce of collagen and marrow, the broth arrives with a stu

Came here for the first time on Sunday for lunch and was not disappointed! We dined outdoors in the small patio area (there are two 4-seater tables and two 2-seater tables) because we had our dogs with us. We ordered the Salmon Carpaccio from the limited time menu, the Amber and Spicy Quartz ramen bowls, and the Matcha Tiramisu for dessert. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh and flavorful Salmon Carpaccio and would definitely order it again. Both of our ramen bowls were also delicious. The broth is truly like no other and really sets it apart from every other ramen place we've ever been to. Our dessert came out quickly after we placed the order for it and was good enough to satisfy a matcha tiramisu craving. Service was fantastic throughout and we can't wait to come back to try more from the menu!
